These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the FluxHub platform and website, provided by TECH LAB. By using the Service you agree to these terms. This is a general template and should be reviewed by your legal advisor before publication.
1. The Service
FluxHub is provided as a cloud SaaS on an annual subscription. The subscription includes use of the system, core cloud hosting, periodic updates, technical support, issue handling, backups and security updates.
2. Subscriptions & payment
- Subscriptions are billed annually for the selected package.
- Optional add-ons and certain services are billed separately according to their nature and usage.
- Fees are due as agreed in your order or contract.
3. What is not included
Some items may require additional fees, including store developer accounts, outgoing WhatsApp messages, AI services, paid third-party integrations, dedicated servers, and custom development work.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the platform or other users' data.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of the business data you enter. We process it to provide the Service in line with our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual property
The FluxHub platform, software and brand are owned by TECH LAB and may not be copied or resold without written permission.
7. Availability & support
We aim to keep the Service available and supported, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance may occur from time to time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and our liability is limited as set out in your subscription agreement.
9. Termination
Either party may end the subscription as described in the agreement. On termination you may request export of your data within a reasonable period.
